Our Bank poles are made out of solid Frp Fiberglass With a clear resin coating over them to hold up to the use and abuse of an avid fisherman. They are firm enough to provide good hook set but still flexible enough to allow the fish movement. To firm and you risk tearing the hook out of the fish’s mouth. To flexible and you won’t get enough resistance to get a good hook set.

Ours are right in that sweet spot. These are built With #36 Cmi tarred and braided twine. Rosco Brass crane swivel. 4oz egg weight and a 8/0 or 10/0 Whisker Seeker Triple Threat Hybrid Circle Hook.

We dont Use Cable or rigs on our poles they are both abrasive to fiberglass and eventually break down your pole. We also dont use paracord that rots when you leave it out in the weather. We only use Braided and Tarred Twine its the same thing shrimp nets, Cast Nets, Even Batting Cages are made out of its designed to be wet n dry constantly.
